Team Development Centre
A Unique Venue in a truly Unique Location, Elan Valley, Mid Wales
We offer you the complete package; our own residential centre complete with 5* en-suite activity accommodation, conference room and break-out rooms, transport, locally sourced home-cooked food, trainers with over 25 years experience and exclusive access to on-site activities creating an excellent, unrivalled, training venue.
Our Director, Roy Davies, opened the Lodge in 1988 and still takes a great deal of pride in welcoming guests 25 years later. Its a stunning Victorian building rennovated to a high standard offering first class accommodation and facilities.
Situated in Mid Wales on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains, the Elan Valley is easily accessible. It's around 2 hours from the Midlands, Manchester, Liverpool and Bristol and about 4 hours by road from London.
All activities are set within the valley so there are no long bus journeys which waste development time. We have exclusive access to our high ropes course, reservoir, climbing & abseiling crag and orienteering forest. There is also 73sq miles of stunning mountain and moor land.
