Rhayader Community Car arrives

A new Community Car for Rhayader & District was unveiled yesterday. This was funded in part by the participants and contributors on our 30th birthday/Elan Valley Challenge weekend. Many thanks to all who raised money. The vehicle is a new VW Caddy with 5 seats and a wheelchair space with access ramp.
