We offer a full range of services; as well as hosting bespoke training programmes at The Lodge, we can also bring our team development activities to your own event; whether it be an outdoor team day in the countryside or in-house conference in the city, we have the experience and expertise to get people working, having fun and learning together.
You can source your own location or choose from our partnership venues across the UK; including excellent hotels, activity centres, forests and country parks. From a 30 minute energiser to kick start your annual conference to a full blown three day outdoor corporate challenge; we tailor activities to suit your event. With over 25 years experience in team development, and over 6,000 participated in our Challenge events, your event is in safe hands.

Corporate Team Challenge
Great for engaging a large number of employees at one time and for successful team bonding, building important relationships between suppliers and customers, can also include a charity fund raising element as part of your companies corporate responsibility programme.
Teams compete in a variety of outdoor challenges travelling on foot between the venues. Points are scored for distance covered, effective team work and completing the challenges. This can be run as a one day event or over a number of days where participants camp or stay in your choice of accommodation. A celebration dinner is arranged where trophies are awarded for the highest overall score, highest team work score and the highest score in the team challenges. Our largest event to date included 510 people.

Performance Company
Great for encouraging competition and effective communication within teams.
The team is divided into sub teams whom compete against each other to earn as much money as possible by the close of business. Teams must bid to complete a wide range of activity contracts. Earnings depend on team performance and subtractions of charges made for office rent and equipment hire. Hard work alone will not make the winning team!

The Space Race
Great for developing collaborative team working and effective communication.
Working as one large team split into a number of different departments the aim is to launch a pyrotechnic rocket by the close of play. Each department tackles a range of different activities to earn vital clues. Once these clues are deciphered and collated the launch code is revealed and the whole team meet up for the finale. Bang!

Energisers for Conferences
If you need a short energiser or a number of active sessions to enhance your conference programme we have an extensive list including the popular “Card sharp” indoor inter-team competition that generates a lot of fun and friendly competition. Challenge is to complete task and then do it again but improve performance. A simple game with an important message about continuous improvement.
Bespoke Activities
