The formal part of the programme concludes at around 9pm
DAY TWO
The day commences with the briefing for the “Peregrinations” exercise. The word “Peregrinations” means ‘'purposeful journey''.This can be a collaborate project :- A major incident happened last night somewhere in Mid Wales. Your task, should you choose to accept it, ………………'

- A team player profile that captures the key characteristics that the team expects each member to work towards.
- A template detailing how the team wishes to operate in the future.
- Specific action points that relate to how each delegate applies these principles in managing their part of the business.
- A timescale and review process to ensure the above actually does happen.
