The Teams

This course has been specifically designed for everyday business teams. We recognise that teams are made up of people with very different interests and levels of fitness. Under our theme of ‘'challenge by choice'' everybody has opportunities to tackle activities that appeal to themselves whilst contributing fully towards the team goal.

Aims for the Active elements of the programme.

  • It should be challenging and fun.
  • It should consist of imaginative options and variety and be different from the usual Outdoor Management Development programmes.
  • The teams need to be ultimately successful.
  • The exercises must not be dependent on physical fitness.
  •  It will include inputs on teamwork and leadership theory in response to the identified needs of each team.
  • The programmes will conclude with each delegate identifying key actions that they can implement in their area of the business.

  • Design & Preparation
    Consultation with key people in your organisation to ensure that the event meets your needs.
  • Consultancy and Tutor Fees
    Programme Director, Senior Consultant, Tutors and Skills Technicians appropriate to the location and number of delegates participating in the programme
  • Equipment Hire
    Personal protective clothing and footwear, programme materials and equipment, inter-site transportation.
  • On course costs
    All materials and handouts. Specialist advice and equipment. Normal catering and victuals for the duration of the programme.
  • Accommodation
    Full board and lodging at Elan Valley Lodge Management Training Centre or other venues dependant upon your requirements and delegate numbers.
