We recognise that work teams, real or virtual, are increasingly under pressure to deliver more, with less people in a shorter time frame. Yet teams seldom take time out to consider ‘’how we work together’’ as opposed to ‘’what we do’’. Whilst it may seem extravagant to invest a few days in a team building programme our clients are convinced that they receive a considerable return on this investment with greater productivity and long term improvements in team morale.

Our programmes are designed to motivate and stimulate individuals to create the leaders and effective teams that move your business forward. Delegates are offered a myriad of tasks, tools and opportunities to explore their effectiveness as a team. We use a compendium of current thinking on team performance and individual behaviours to guide and support the delegates on a journey with a clear purpose. The outcome is a team where individuals have a clear understanding of their role(s) and appropriate behaviours, along with a series of agreed actions that will enable the team to work more effectively together on re-entry to the world of work.

No two programmes are the same; each is tailored to the client group. The content is carefully considered to enable team performance to be reviewed and to enhance the process of translating the experiences back to the workplace.

    Corporate Team Building

    A residential programme at the Lodge is an effective starting point for a change in team culture that produces significant outcomes. However the process needs to be continuously reviewed and updated. This may require a diminishing level of involvement from Lodge staff over an extended period. Our aim is always to make our role redundant leaving the team with the processes and attitude to manage their continued development.

    Our professional coaches are available to support your teams and/or team members through this process. The combination of team building followed by 1:1 coaching has proved to be extremely powerful.
