Graduate Programmes
Our clients recognise that their graduates and new hires need to develop relationships rapidly, often with a wide range of people and teams within their business.
To fast track this process our programmes equip them with the range of skills necessary to become effective team players. They gain a deeper understanding of the skills required along with their own strengths and areas for further development. As a result they can move from placement to placement, or from team to team more effectively and with greater confidence.
Programmes are tailored to specific situations but generally include:
- Active team work and leadership sessions
- Appropriate theory inputs including
- Team roles
- Support and challenge
- Project planning
- Co-operation/conflict
- Action centred leadership
- Self analysis along with feedback from peers and colleagues
Current programmes range from 3 to 6 days and all include a residential element at Elan Valley Lodge.
