Corporate Challenge Events
This is a stunningly effective way of getting large numbers of your people involved in a single event. Working in teams of four or six people a choice is made from a wide range of options to score points or to solve a puzzle. The challenges can be physical, intellectual, problem solving or adrenalin spiked to ensure the event appeals to people with different needs and aspirations.
We have organised one day, two day, overnight and weekend events. This includes the Jaguar challenge which is the largest single company event in the UK with up to 400 participants from one company taking part.
Our safety record is excellent with the health and safety of your participants being the absolute priority. The risk assessment procedure starts in the very early stages of design and is embedded in the whole process to ensure a safe, enjoyable yet challenging experience for all.
Teams are observed by event staff and points can be awarded for a range of pre agreed criteria including:

- Task completion
Some events are based on a compact site with limited distance between activities; others involve teams walking considerable distances from one site to another.

We have an excellent base in Mid Wales with the infrastructure to support large events. Alternatively we have numerous other suitable venues throughout the UK.
