73 square miles of stunning Welsh scenery, often described as the Lakeland of Wales. Protected as a conservation area since the construction of the dams that have supplied water to Birmingham for over 100 years.
Your course time is valuable, at many venues time is wasted travelling to activity sites. Here at Elan everything is close at hand the focus is on training not travelling.
We are the only outdoor centre licensed to operate on the Estate which remains quiet and unspoilt. All our outdoor facilities are under our direct control and within 10 minutes of the Lodge.
You have exclusive use of:
- A small crag ideal for rock climbing & abseiling
- A superb range of sites for team problem solving activities
- Permanent orienteering course in the forest
- Our boat house, fully equipped for canoeing and improvised raft building on the reservoir
- A high ropes challenge course with a number of exciting activities
